The simple things are the good things... our leadership team has emerged using the three contracts in our ways of working. Our feedback scores are of the best ever. Our lengthy discussions about what is to be done are of the past ; instead we have a clear Vision and Mission contract. In our cooperation contract we agree on how we will get it done and then move forward as one team, the rest is mechanics. We call this sustainable autonomy for better results.
